You may use this Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You must be at least 18 years old to submit any form, request an estimate, or enter into any service agreement with us.
Any pricing information, tier ranges, or example figures shown on this Site are provided for general reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. All project pricing is determined through our estimate and bid process, which typically includes an in-person consultation and site measurement.
Written estimates and bids we provide are:
We reserve the right to decline any project or revise any estimate prior to contract signature.
All cabinetry and installation services are governed by a separate written project agreement signed by both parties. That agreement will specify scope of work, materials, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, and any project-specific terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.
Standard payment terms, unless modified in writing, typically include a deposit due at contract signing, progress payments tied to project milestones, and final payment upon completion and client walk-through. Specific terms and amounts are detailed in each individual project agreement.
Any changes to an approved project scope, materials, finishes, or design after contract signing must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect project pricing, timeline, and delivery dates. Verbal requests for changes are not binding until reduced to writing and signed.
We offer tiered warranty coverage based on the product and service tier selected for your project. Specific warranty terms, coverage periods, and limitations are provided in your signed project agreement and warranty documentation.
In general, our warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. They do not cover:
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable coverage period. For full warranty terms, see your project documentation or contact us directly.
California law provides certain cancellation rights for home improvement contracts, which are disclosed in your signed project agreement. Beyond those statutory rights, cancellation terms, deposit refund policy, and any fees for work already performed or materials ordered will be governed by the terms of your individual project agreement.
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry, estimate, or project, including SMS text messages, phone calls, and emails. Full details about our SMS practices, including message types, frequency, and opt-out procedures, are described in our Privacy Policy.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional communications related to an active project.
